Great car. Reliable, very quick when needed but can cruise round steady with no problem. An eye catcher. All wheel drive gives great grip especially now on theses wet roads with leaves on. Cornering great like you're on rails. Can be thirsty but if using intelligent mode it's not bad at all

My Subaru is an Impreza WRX. Love the car. It is a 2002 model which I purchased in 2007. Apart from the cost of running a vehicle of this spec I have not had any major expense. It has passed the MOT each year with just the normal replacements such as tyres. This year I have had new brake pads and discs and work done on the anti roll bars. It is now running like new again. I would buy another Subaru and would recommend them.

My Subaru WRX still performs as well as it did on the first day of ownership - nine years ago. It's a workhorse and sports car rolled into one

Every time I open the garage door it brings a smile to my face and driving it brings a bigger smile to my face.

I am very pleased with my new WRX STI. It handles very well and the engine is superb although a little thirsty. I must praise the choice of seats and driving position as it is perfect for me. I no longer get a sore back on a long journey. There is ample room for 5 people even tall passengers and the boot is larger than I expected. It does lack small secure storage areas, except cup holders they are everywhere. My only fault is the so called info system. It connects to my two mobile phones OK and picks up all the local radio stations but Subaru have missed a massive opportunity with the apps. I can only get two here but most of the information and available radio stations are American. Google calendar is excellent and the local weather but why not google maps/mail or engine management information (battery charge, or water, oil temperatures etc). An app for local fuel stations or parking linked to google, tomtom etc would be so useful.

I was going to buy either a new Focus RS or a BMW 135i. I test drove both then while I was at the dealership a WRX STI came up for sale as ex demo 1500 miles. After an hour test drive I wandered why I hadn't considered a Subaru before? Badge snobbery is the only reason I can think of? Well I drive a BMW 35k miles a year for work. At the weekends I can't wait to get out in the WRX, really fun to drive, my dealer assures of strong residual in 3 years time and it's different to all the euro mobiles you see every day. Very pleased I made the choice but time will tell

I like the cockpit layout, high speed handling and looks. I would like to see improved emissions and low speed ride.
