We’re committed to looking after you, your passengers and your Subaru – especially if the unexpected happens.
That’s why, for 36 months from the date of first registration, all new Subaru vehicles enjoy full UK breakdown cover including recovery, roadside and home assistance. Hopefully, you’ll never have an accident. But if you do, we’ll manage everything for you, too.
BREAKDOWNS AT HOME OR AT THE ROADSIDE
Simply call 0800 777 127 or use the Subaru smartphone app. Our 24-hour customer service team will arrange for a vehicle technician to attend. If they can’t fix the problem, we’ll recover your vehicle to the nearest Subaru dealer. If needed, we’ll pay for your onward travel or overnight accommodation, plus provide car hire for up to two days.

ACCIDENTS REQUIRING REPAIRS
Don’t worry: by using the Subaru smartphone app it will automatically provide your location and details so we can get help on the way. We’ll manage vehicle recovery to your nearest Subaru dealer, and then deal with estimates (and your insurer) to get repairs authorised. Whilst your car is off the road you’ll have use of a Subaru courtesy vehicle where possible*.
The app will keep you updated on the status of repairs. All repair work we do will be to factory standards, using genuine Subaru parts updates, certified and guaranteed for lifetime the car. If an injury or other loss warrants a compensation claim, we’ll arrange legal advice and assistance for you.
